Directions

• You can start your stock in an InstaPot, Crock Pot or on the stove while you are home for the day.

• Find a pot big enough for the Chicken + Veggies

• Place Chicken in Stock pot and cover with H20.

• Cut Carrots, Celery in Big Chunks for you stock.

• Quarter the Onions and leave the Skins on, it helps deepen the color of the stock.

• Throw in all the herbs

• Cut garlic in half and set your heat for med high.

• You don’t want a rapid boil for stock just a nice simmer for 6-24 hours.
