Preheat oven 350

-Lay out Tortilla chips 2 layers deep on a sheet pan pop chips in oven to warm 5 min or so

-Brown Beef + 1/2 Onion + Garlic + Dice Peppers in a skillet with Taco Seasoning

-Warm up Queso

-Top warmed chips with drizzled Queso and Beef Bell Pepper Goodness

-Garnish with Cilantro Lime and Red Onion
