Local Pasture Raised Chicken Breast
1 Red Onions ORANGIC
2 lbs. Yukon Potatoes ORGANIC
1 Red Bell Pepper OGANIC
1 Green Bell Pepper ORGANIC
1 Yellow Pepper ORGANIC
Parsley ORGANIC
Garlic ORGANIC
Local Ranch Seasoning Packet
Lemon Organic
Local Salad Blend
Serves 2
Recipe:
- Cut Both Peppers into Strips, Slice Onion and Cut Potatoes into slabs and place on Sheep pan.
- Sprinkle with half Ranch seasoning and oil.
-Toss Veggies in Ranch Mix & Bake
- Bake Veggies for 15-20 Minutes
Start Prepping Chicken Breasts
-Pat Chicken Breast dry and with Ranch Seasoning until coated
Place in oven AFTER Veggies that have been roasting for 15-20 minutes
-While chicken is in oven start to prep the Parsley Chili oil.
-Chop 1/2 bunch of Parsley and mince 2 cloves garlic place in bowl with 3TB olive oil
-Grate 1/2 season lemon zest add to parsley Garlic mix
- When Chicken has reached 165 internal temperature about 15-20 min, Spoon on Half of Parsley lemon Oil mix all over chicken ad veggies & Serve.
Use the remaining Parsley Oil mix and half juice half of the lemon into the bowl to make the salad dressing.
450 oven 30-40 mins until Chicken is cooked thru
